Agency veterans Jim Heitzman, Danielle Vitogiannes and Jeremy Hogan to Lead the Agency as Founder Transitions to Advisory Role
Morton Grove, Ill., July 29, 2024 – Celtic Chicago, a full-service B2B advertising agency and association management company, proudly announces a new executive leadership team poised to guide the agency into its exciting next chapter. The agency will now be led by longtime employees Jim Heitzman, promoted to partner, president + CEO, Danielle Vitogiannes, promoted to partner, digital + associations, and Jeremy Hogan, promoted to partner, content + media. The new leaders were identified in the succession plan of founder and former CEO Marlene Byrne, who now transitions to an advisory role supporting the new leadership team.

Experienced Trio Leads the Charge
With a combined tenure of more than 45 years of experience at Celtic Chicago, the new leadership team includes:
Jim Heitzman, promoted to partner, president + CEO, has been with Celtic Chicago for 13 years, and was named as president of the agency when he joined Byrne as a partner in 2018. He will continue to lead the client services, brand strategy and creative teams at Celtic, and focus on agency growth in his new role.
Danielle Vitogiannes is the longest-tenured employee at Celtic Chicago, joining the firm in 2005. Most recently serving as vice president of experience, Vitogiannes is promoted to partner, digital + associations, and will oversee the agency’s digital team and association management practice as well as the agency’s office services and IT operations.
Jeremy Hogan joined Celtic Chicago in 2011, most recently serving as vice president of engagement. He will continue to lead Celtic’s media and social/content teams and oversees the agency’s human resources and finance departments in his new role as partner, content + media. Vitogiannes and Hogan joined as partners in 2020.
During their collective tenure at Celtic Chicago, Heitzman, Vitogiannes and Hogan have helped guide the expansion of the agency’s service offerings, including enhanced brand strategy and product launch capabilities, and the creation of dedicated social media and influencer engagement teams and digital, SEO and analytics disciplines. All remain actively involved in the daily support of a growing roster of clients within the agriculture, chemistry, food, manufacturing, and pet industries.
